This is my favorite word. It is Italian, for “let’s cross over.”
It is usually used informally when crossing the street, but the word invokes so many feelings that I love. Old world beauty, and charm. Adventure. Romanticism. The unknown.

In 2022, I married the love of my life (an IT nerd from New York) and we have two cats, Stella and Maisie, and one mini poodle, Maxine.
